Do not get me wrong, I adore lipstick, and there are probably over 100 in my makeup collection. I don’t wear them all, but just knowing they are in my possession, should I want to apply them, gives me a sense of security. But sometimes – okay, most of the time – I’m not in the mood to do a full lip with liner.
That’s where a tinted lip balm comes in handy.
Over the years, I’ve tried and amassed an impressive assortment of lip balms that double as lipstick. Most of them fail my requirements, which include: adequate pigment, moisturizing my lips, and not being too sticky.
