Wake Up Without Neck Pain Thanks To These Revolutionary Pillows

Look, I’ll be honest with you: I sleep like a rock, so I’d never thought about changing my pillows. Even though I would wake up with a sore neck and/or back, I’d think, “well, I got my eight hours, so it’s worth it.”

However, I recently started getting severe headaches. They would start in my mid-back, move to my shoulders, up to my neck, then creep their way to my head. I’m not the type to get headaches, so I knew something had to change. Enter: researching and buying new pillows.

I’m what I like to call a combination sleeper, meaning I can fall asleep on my back, on either side, curled up, stretched out…if it’s a sleep position, I’m good. But I know people who can only fall asleep one way – even if they’re sore when they wake up, too. This is because different types of sleepers need support in different ways.

So, I’ve collected some pillows that are bound to help your neck and back, no matter how you fall asleep. (I’ve even included pillows for your body that can give you extra support!) Stomach sleepers, I’ve included low-loft pillows for you; side sleepers, there are a variety of options to keep your neck aligned; and back sleepers, these pillows will support the curvature of your spine, so you won’t have kinks to work out in the morning.

Basically, whichever you are: say hello to amazing sleep minus the pain, whether you’re on your side or your stomach.
