Strawberry Pretzel Salad Is My Favorite Easy Summer Dessert

Strawberry Pretzel Salad was hands-down my favorite summer dessert growing up. My mom would make it right when the weather got warm, and I’d run inside to escape from DC’s humidity by diving into a piece of this yummy, cold, refreshingly indulgent dessert. I don’t know how it got its name because there’s nothing salad-like about it, besides the fact that it’s cold.

As I was making this again for this article, I kept getting hit by waves of nostalgia. And that first bite? My mouth waters just thinking about it. Whether you’re looking for a new summer dessert tradition or just want to shake up your dessert routine, give this a try!
