Follow along as we make this recipe below (thanks HelloGiggles for the recipe!).
1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 medium russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced on a mandoline
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preheat oven to 400°F. Whisk together brown sugar, paprika, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl; set aside. Add apple cider vinegar to a small spray bottle; set aside.
Toss together sliced potatoes and olive oil in a large bowl to coat. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on 2 rimmed baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown and crispy, about 30 minutes, turning pans twice during baking.
Remove from oven, and spritz potato chips with a light spray of apple cider vinegar. Transfer chips to a large bowl; sprinkle with brown sugar mixture, and gently toss to coat.
Plate up, grab some ketchup, and enjoy!
