Breakfast Tortilla

Ingredients

  • Tortilla/wrap of choice

  • 1 egg

  • Shredded cheese

  • 4 breakfast sausages

Directions

  1. Cut a slit in the bottom half of the tortilla

  2. Scramble one egg and add it to the bottom left quadrant of the tortilla

  3. Add shredded cheese to the top left quadrant

  4. Cook four breakfast sausages (in a pan or in the air fryer) and add to the top right quadrant

  5. Add more shredded cheese to the bottom right quadrant

  6. Fold tortilla and use preferred cooking method*

    *Note: There are multiple ways to cook these tortillas — many people use their air fryer, panini press, George Foreman grills, waffle makers or cook it on a pan. Results will be mostly the same, depending on what cooking method you prefer.


    Lunch Tortilla- Turkey Pesto Wrap

    • Tortilla/wrap of choice

    • Turkey lunch meat

    • Baby spinach/arugula mix

    • Pesto

    • Baby tomatoes

    • Balsamic vinegar

    • Shredded cheese of choice

    • Chili flakes (optional)

    Directions

    1. Cut a slit in the bottom half of the tortilla

    2. Add turkey and shredded cheese to the bottom left quadrant

    3. Baby spinach/arugula mix to the top right quadrant

    4. Add baby tomatoes and balsamic vinegar to the top right quadrant

    5. Add pesto to the bottom right quadrant

    6. Fold tortilla and use preferred cooking method


    Snack Tortilla — Crepe

    • Banana slices

    • Peanut butter/Nut butter of choice

    Directions

    1. Cut a slit in the bottom half of the tortilla

    3. Add Nutella/chocolate spread to the top right quadrant

    4. Add banana slices to the top left quadrant

    5. Add peanut butter/nut butter to the bottom left quadrant

    • Nacho Doritos

    Directions

    1. Cut a slit in the bottom half of the tortilla

    2. Add nacho cheese to the top right quadrant

    3. Add sour cream to the bottom left quadrant

    4. Add shredded lettuce and diced tomato to the bottom right quadrant

    5. Add ground meat and shredded cheese to the top left quadrant

    6. Add nacho Doritos to the bottom right quadrant on top of the lettuce and tomatoes

    7. Fold tortilla and use preferred cooking method
