Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Thank you Minimalist Baker for the recipe!Peanut butter overnight oats

  • ½ cup milk

  • ¾ Tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 Tbsp peanut or almond butter

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • Sliced banana, strawberries, or raspberries

  • Granola

  • Flaxseed meal or additional chia seeds

1. Add the milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup to a mason jar or a small bowl with a lid and stir. The peanut butter doesn’t need to be completely mixed with the almond milk.

3. Cover securely with a lid or seal it, then refrigerate it overnight (at least 6 hours).

4. In the morning, open and enjoy. Garnish with the desired toppings.
