Blueberry Lemon Popsicle

Ingredients  

-30 blueberries, hulled and cleaned 

-zest of lemon 

-1 cup vanilla yogurt

Directions

1. Purée the blueberries until smooth. Mix with the lemon zest. Alternate adding the blueberry purée and yogurt into the Popsicle molds. Cover molds, add sticks, and freeze overnight or at least 6 hours.


Root Beer Float Popsicles

Ingredients 

-15 oz. of root beer 

-1 cup vanilla ice cream

Directions

1. Let the vanilla ice cream sit out for about 5 minutes or until it becomes slightly melted.

2. Fill your Popsicle molds ⅓ to ½ of the way with the melted ice cream mixture.

3. Fill the rest of the mold with root beer, but be sure to wait until the foam goes away. Cover your molds and add the sticks. Let freeze overnight and enjoy.


Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients

-1 cup of milk of choice 

-¾ plain non-fat Greek yogurt 

-2 ripe bananas 

-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

– 2 Tbsp peanut butter

– 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into Popsicle molds and add the sticks.

2. Cover the molds and freeze overnight. Once frozen, run warm water over the molds to release. Enjoy.

-2 cups hot water

2. Pour the mixture into your Popsicle molds and insert the sticks. Cover the molds and freeze overnight. Once frozen, enjoy!

-5 cups pineapple chunks 

-1 can coconut milk

Directions

1. Blend together the pineapple chunks and coconut milk. Pour the mixture into Popsicle molds.

2. Add in the sticks and cover the molds.

3. Put in the freezer to harden overnight. Enjoy.
