As implied by the name, this work bag was made with your laptop in mind. Not just your standard, small MacBook Air — it’ll carry that 17” laptop like a champ. My first favorite part: it has a removable insert, so you won’t be rummaging through it for minutes. My second favorite part: it has a space on the outside to slide your suitcase handle through, so you don’t have to lug it around on your shoulder while you’re on the go.

This laptop bag is super affordable, but it doesn’t skimp out on space. Its biggest draw: how many compartments it has. I’m not kidding: there’s one main padded pocket design for a 15” laptop, two open big pockets, one large zipped pocket, one iPad pocket, two slot pockets, two pens pocket, and one small zipper pocket. You’ll never need another bag.

This laptop bag fits a 15” laptop in a padded pocket, with two pockets for personal items, chargers, files…you name it, it can fit. The four color options are all made with vegan material, so they’re extremely durable and look gorgeous, too. The handles are adjustable, so whether you like to secure your bag over your shoulder or let it hang low, you have options for comfort. The fringe accessory is a cute bonus.

While the inside doesn’t have compartments, you can still organize your things thanks to a removable, zip-up pouch that’s also roomy (11″W x 8 ½”H x ½”D). It’s made from pebbled faux leather but won’t chafe your skin, and the brown cognac color adds more interest than your standard black work bag.

Yes, you can go with black…but pastel pink? It’s hard to pass on that. (Elle Woods certainly wouldn’t!) Regardless, this work bag isn’t too small or too big, and it can carry a smaller laptop or iPad. It doesn’t have interior pockets or compartments, but as long as you’re not carrying an excess amount of things, it’ll fit what you need. It also has the Ted Baker embossed logo, so people won’t constantly stop to ask where you snagged it.
Madewell Medium Transport Tote
Last, but most certainly not least, Madewell’s Transport Tote has a slight slouch to it, giving it that effortless-but-still-dressed-up vibe. There are three colors to choose from, all of which are made with semi-vegetable-stained leather. Some cool info: each bag will look slightly different because they’re made from natural material, so even if your coworker has this bag too, they won’t be total dupes of each other.
