Italian Sangria Cocktail

Ingredients

  • One 750-milliliter bottle chilled dry rosé wine or Italian Rosato wine

  • ½ cup Cointreau 

  • ⅓ cup Cocchi Americano 

  • 2 firm, ripe peaches (cut into 8 pieces)

  • 1 pint strawberries (hulled and halved)

  • ½ cup chilled club soda

  • Ice cubes

Directions

1. In a pitcher, combine the wine, orange liqueur, Cocchi Americano, peaches, and half of the strawberries. 

2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 

3. Add the club soda and a few fresh strawberries. Serve immediately over ice.


Tropical White Moscato Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 750-milliliter bottle white Moscato

  • 1 + ½ cups coconut water with pineapple

  • ½ cup mango-flavored vodka

  • 1 cup pineapple (cubed)

  • 1 large mango (cubed)

  • 2 limes (thinly sliced)

Directions

1. In a large pitcher, stir the Moscato, coconut water, and vodka together. Stir in the pineapple, mango, and limes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors develop.


Sangrita

Ingredients

Sangrita:

  • 1 + ½ cups orange juice

  • ¾ cup lime juice 

  • ½ cup tequila 

  • ½ cup triple sec

  • 1 bottle red wine

Lime Sugar Garnish:

  • Zest of 1 lime

  • ⅓ cup sugar

  • ¼ cup cool water

  • Ice (as needed)

Directions

1. In a large pitcher, stir the orange juice with the lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and wine to combine. Chill until it’s ready to serve. 

2. On a small plate wide enough to fit the rim of your serving glasses, stir the sugar with the lime zest to combine. 

3. When you’re ready to serve, pour the water onto another small plate. Dip each glass into the water and then into the lime sugar. 

4. Fill each glass with ice and pour the sangrita in.


Rosé Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry rosé

  • ½ cup brandy

  • ½ cup Grand Marnier

  • 2 cups club soda

  • 2 oranges (sliced)

  • 2 limes (sliced)

  • 1 cup melon balls 

  • 1 pint strawberries

  • 2 Tbsp orange sugar

Directions

1. Add all of your fruit to the bottom of a pitcher. Pour your wine, brandy, Grand Manier, and club soda on top and stir. Let them sit in the fridge and ‘marinate’ for a bit. 

2. To serve, rim a glass with some orange sugar, add the ice and some of the boozy fruit and pour the sangria over top.


Batchable White Sangria

Ingredients

  • 8 cups pineapple juice (chilled)

  • 2 cups fruity white wine (chilled)

  • ¼ cup orange-flavored liqueur 

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 1 orange (thinly sliced)

  • 1 lime (thinly sliced)

  • 2 cups frozen sliced strawberries

  • Ice cubes

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients except the ice in a punch bowl or pitcher. Serve over ice.


Spicy Watermelon Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry rosé

  • 1 cup watermelon juice

  • ½ cup brandy 

  • ½ cup Grand Marnier

  • 2 cups club soda

  • 1 + ½ cups watermelon balls 

  • 1 pint sliced strawberries

  • 1 giant handful fresh mint

Rim:

  • 2 tsp chili powder

  • 1 Tbsp sugar

Directions

1. Take 4 cups of fresh watermelon cubes and place them in the blender. Blend until they’re pureed, then strain the mixture over a glass.

2. Add all of the fruit to the bottom of the pitcher. Pour the wine, watermelon juice, brandy, Grand Marnier, and club soda on top and stir. Let it sit for a bit to marinate. 

3. To serve, rim a glass with a lime wedge and dip it into the chili and sugar mixture. Add ice and some boozy fruits, then pour the sangria on top.
