It’s truly admirable not to get sidetracked by all the fun things the iconic bullseye store has to offer — from clothes to makeup to unnecessary household “essentials” — when I go in thinking “I’m only getting paper towels.”
As I repeat “paper towels, paper towels” like a mantra, my peripheral vision tracks a cute plaid skirt and my singular mission is aborted.
What should have been a 10 minute, $4 outing has turned into a two hour, $279 shopping spree.
