So I am sure you’re just about sick of hearing every single blogger talking about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I, for one, am over seeing cardigans, coats and suede ankle booties in my Instagram feed while I am sweating my butt off in the sweltering July heat. Just looking at all that cashmere and leather is giving me heat rash.
So I went online to check out the sale out of curiosity (I do NOT love the mall because despite how it looks I don’t like shopping). And lo and behold I scored some major deals. I thought I would share with y’all some of my best finds to save you the trouble. These are all products I like and have used before so I would have purchased them at full price, getting them at a discount is a major score.
Voluspa Maison Blanc Two Wick Candle Set– on sale for $29.50, regularly $48. These are amazing, everyone loves them and they are one of those things that you could definitely stock up on for when you need an impromptu hostess gift, birthday or teacher gift. Can’t go wrong when these are so heavily discounted. Plus I love supporting a company started by a local mom! You could even break up the set and use them throughout the home or gift them individually.
My all time favorite fragrance brand is Jo Malone and they rarely have any kind of deal or sale, so I was excited to hear they were doing a free gift with purchase for the Nordstrom sale. The are offering a free Wood Sage & Sea Salt Fragrance Combining Collection (TM) with any purchase over $100. It’s automatically added at checkout and is one per customer while supplies last. Why is this SO cool? I get kind of bored with one dimensional fragrances which is what I love about Jo Malone. Her fragrance line is meant to be layered and they smell even better when worn on top of each other, creating your own unique scent profile. My favorite at the moment is the sweet and floral Peony and Blush Suede (which at $136 meets the purchase requirements for the free gift) layered with the Wood Sage and Sea Salt. Its the perfect combination of fresh, sweet, feminine and woodsy.
Antica Farmacista Home Ambiance Perfume in Peonia Gardenia & Rosa is a great buy at $44, regularly $66. I know that still seems pricey, but these are good quality oils that diffuse really slowly and last a long time. Buy them for different areas of the home and let this amazing scent profile define your space. It’s like you planted the most amazing European garden right outside your windows but without the maintenance. I stocked up and know I won’t run out until the next sale.
Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale is running through August 5 and if you’re like me and not a fan of mall shopping they have online options or even buy online and pick up in store service available, how cool is that! They are selling out of things quickly though, so don’t wait til the last day!
