Pumpkin Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen medium banana

  • ⅓ cup pumpkin puree

  • ⅔ cup unsweetened soy or almond milk

  • ½ Tbsp maple syrup

  • ½ Tbsp peanut butter

  • Pinch cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients until they’re smooth. 

  2. Serve immediately.
