Fall Simmer Pot

1 orange (cut into chunks)

1 apple (cut into chunks)

1 sprig rosemary

3 cinnamon sticks

Water

Place all the ingredients in a saucepan. Fill your pan with water, the water line should be about 1-2 cm above the ingredients.

Place the saucepan on the stovetop and bring it to high heat. Don’t allow the water to boil. Once you see the first signs of bubbles, immediately lower the temperature to low.

Add more water to the pan as needed.
