Oreo Magic Bars

Thanks Delish for the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 30 oreo cookies

  • 6 tbsp. Butter, melted

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk

  • ¾ cup Nestle Toll House Disco Baking Chips

  • 1 ⅓ cup sweetened coconut flakes

  • 1 cup of mini Oreos

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º and grease an 8×11 pan with cooking spray.

  2. For the Oreo crust: in a food processor with a metal blade, pulse the cookies until they are fine crumbs, then add the melted butter and process until combined — the texture should look like wet sand.

Thanks to Kevin and Amanda for the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix

  • 1 cup of butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 package of whole Oreos

  • 1 bag of Nestle Toll House Disco Chips

  • 1 bag of mini chocolate chips

  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º and line a 9 x 11 baking dish with foil and coat with cooking spray.

  2. Beat the cake mix, ½ cups of butter, and 2 eggs until totally combined. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 15-18 minutes.

  3. Crush whole Oreos in a Ziploc bag or food processor. Stir together with the remaining ½ cup of melted butter and mix well. Pour over the baked red velvet brownies and gently press into an even layer.

  4. Place the Disco Chips in a medium-sized bowl. Bring the heavy cream to a low boil, then pour over the chips. Let them sit for five minutes, then whisk until they’re completely smooth and thick. Pour over the Oreo layer and top with the mini chips.

  5. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes to allow the chocolate ganache to set. Cut into bars and serve!
