My birthdays always seem so busy, so I usually forget to pick up all of the free things you can get on your birthday. I also seem to have selective memory and forget them all on that specific day, too. So I thought it would be super beneficial to make a full list of all of the birthday freebies you can get — and how to get them. Let’s get started.
Meals/Entrees
Auntie Anne’s: Sign up for the My Pretzel Perks award system to get a classic pretzel for free on your birthday.
Denny’s: Get a free Grand Slam on your birthday when you sign up for Denny’s Reward Program.
Firehouse Subs: For a free medium sub, sign up for Firehouse Rewards.
IHOP: Not only do you get a free meal for your birthday, but you also get one when you sign up and on your year club anniversary when you sign up for Pancake Revolution eClub.
Jersey Mike’s Subs: This free sub is a little unique because the coupon you get on your birthday lasts for the whole year, so you can save this one for later. Just sign up for their email club.
Red Robin: When you sign up to be a Red Robin Royalty member, you get a free birthday burger.
Waffle House: If you sign up for the Waffle House Regulars Club, you can get a free waffle on your birthday.
Drinks
Dunkin’: At Dunkin’, you can get a free medium drink on the day you sign up AND on your birthday when you register for DD Perks.
Dutch Bros: Download the Dutch Bros app to get a free drink on your birthday.
Starbucks: Join Starbucks Rewards to get a free drink or food item on your birthday.
Desserts
Applebee’s: If you have one of these in your area, you can join its email club to get a birthday special (most likely a free dessert).
Arby’s: A free milkshake on your birthday when you sign up for their email club.
Baskin-Robbins: BR has a Birthday Club that will get you a free scoop of ice cream and a discount on a birthday cake.
Dairy Queen: Not exactly one of the birthday freebies, but you’ll get a Buy-One-Get-One coupon for your birthday if you sign up for the Blizzard Fan Club.
Beauty
Aveda: Get a free 30 ml. aromatic nourishing composition oil for bath, body, and scalp when you sign up.
BareMinerals: Get a free birthday gift when you sign up for their loyalty program.
CVS: Didn’t expect this one, did you? If you join the CVS Beauty Club, you’ll be given a free beauty product on your birthday (like a free nail polish or face mask).
NYX Cosmetics: Join the Makeup Crew and get a free gift on your birthday each year.
Sephora: If you sign up or are already a part of the Beauty Insider rewards program, you’ll get a free gift on your birthday. You can pick from two options or four if you’re in the club’s top-tier membership category.
Smashbox: Much like the others, sign up for their rewards program for a birthday freebie.
Ulta: The Ulta birthday gift rotates each month to provide variety, so make sure you’ve signed up for the rewards program so you can get yours.
Urban Decay: The Beauty Junkies Club will give you a free gift (with a purchase) on your birthday.
