Gratitude Lists Are The New Mental Health Game-Changers

Practicing gratitude isn’t new. In fact, it’s more abnormal to not practice gratitude. We say ‘thank you’ when someone holds the door open for us or when a waiter brings us our food. We have a holiday dedicated to focusing on and remembering all the things for which we’re grateful. Whether we dedicate time to write in a journal or not, gratitude is woven throughout all of our days.
