Keto Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter

  • 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter

  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup sugar-free powdered sugar

  • ½ cup unflavored whey protein 

  • 1 tsp stevia concentrated powder

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9-inch square pan with parchment paper. 

  2. Place a saucepan over low heat to melt the cream cheese and butter. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the peanut butter. Stir until everything is smooth. 

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend them with an electric mixer until well combined. 

  4. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. 

  5. Allow it to chill in the refrigerator until it’s set.
