We all have those comfort shows or YouTube series that we keep going back to. For some, it’s The Office, Friends, or Golden Girls. Mine was bon appétit’s Gourmet Makes. The series featured Pastry Chef Claire Saffitz, as she attempted to make everything from Skittles to Cheetos to Twinkies gourmet.
