Apple Stuffing Balls

Ingredients

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and celery and cook and stir for 4-6 minutes, or until just tender. 

  2. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, parsley, salt, thyme, and pepper. Stir in the bread crumbs, apples, and onion mixture. Shape into 2-inch balls and place them in a foil-lined 15×10-inch baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until they’re golden brown.
